2 What is personal data?
Personal data is any information that can be used, directly or indirectly, to identify a living person. This living person is you when you browse this webpage or when you submit information to us.

3 Why we need to collect your personal data
Primary, to be able to communicate with you when you consider our services, to be able to deliver the service you may have purchased, to handle payments of our services, and to be able to collect your feedback regarding our service we need to store some of your personal data. Furthermore, the distribution of newsletters or marketing offers also requires that we have access to some or your personal data.

5 When do we have the right to process your personal data?
We may only process your personal data with your given consent, when it is necessary for us to comply with a contract which you are parti of, or when it is necessary for legal compliance (e.g. financial bookkeeping).

The purpose of processing your personal data, the legal basis of it and for how long we store your data is explained for various personal data below.

6 Email address
We process your email address to be able to email you quotes, booking confirmations, invoices, pay slips, marketing offers, newsletters or
questions and follow-ups regarding services such as customer satisfaction surveys. Processing your email address is based on your consent. Your email address will be stored for 1 years after your contract ends or until you withdraw this information from us.

7 Home address
To be able to fulfill our obligations to you according to our contract where you are parties of, and to be able to send you customer survey via post we need to know your address. This is based on your consent. Your home address will be stored for 1 year after your contract ends or until you withdraw this information from us.
8 Job title
If your employer, or yourself if you are the manager of your own firm, have ordered services from us we may store your job title. This data will be used primarly by our cleaners when they may want to get in touch with you, in order to better know who they are looking for. This data is collected based on your concert and kept for 1 years or until you withdraw this information from us.

9 Payment details
In order to charge for our services, we need to process your payment details. This is based on your consent. We will store your payment details until your contract has ended and all payments are complete plus 1 year before they are deleted. Invoices and pay slips will for legal reasons related to bookkeeping be stored for 7 years.
10 Photos and Images
When you file a complaint, you will be asked to provide a photo to better explain your complaint. We will process the image to be able to validate your complaint. This is based on your consent. After processing your photo and the case is solved and closed the photo
will be deleted. We will keep it for maximum 1 month after the case is closed.
11 Sensitive Data
Sensitive personal data is particularly sensitive and have stronger protection. Sensitive data may be for example if you have health issues. Health information may come up in communication with us, for example when we discuss how much our cleaning specialists need to focus on precise hygiene and the removal of viruses, bacteria or other microbes that can pose a threat to your health. This information, as any other sensitive
information, will never be stored in any form with us and will also never be transferred to our cleaning specialists, partners or anyone else of our contacts.
​Sensitive data may also be if you have children or not. We will process the information “yes” or “no” to if you have children under the age of 10 or not, as this is helpful information to any of our cleaning specialists when cleaning your home. This is based on your consent. If you have no other claims on us when our contract has ended, e.g. gift cards for services, all sensitive information will be deleted at the latest​
1 month after the contract has ended. Otherwise until there are no obligations left from our side.
When it comes to recruitments at Sauber Space, sensitive data may also be information about crimes an applicant may have been convicted guilty of. Before we hire new personnel, we perform a background check to assure that the applicant has not been convicted for e.g. stealing or abuse. This is based on your consent. The sensitive data will be deleted from our records as soon as your application is processed and will be kept for maximum 1 month contract has ended, e.g. gift cards for services, all sensitive information will be

deleted latest 1 month after the contract has ended. Otherwise until there are no obligations from our side left.

Sensitive data may also be information about crimes you may have been convicted guildy of. When we hire staff we control applicants to see they have not been convicted for e.g. stealing or abuse. We may process such information when you apply for a job. This is based on your consent. The sensitive data will be deleted from our records as soon as you application is rejected and be kept for maximum 1 month.

12 Cookies
Cookies are small text files with small pieces of data that are stored by the web browser in your computer.
Cookies are used by the web browser to optimize your experience when browsing a website. Data that are kept in the cookies may be e.g., usernames, passwords or shopping baskets. Some cookies are stored only up to 30 minutes, some maybe stored up to a year. You can choose to accept cookies or not in your browser settings and you can also delete them there.
13 Your right to protect your data
According to the data protection legislation you have certain rights to control of your personal data. You have

Under some circumstances we cannot restrict or delete your data. This is when we need to process the data in order to fulfill our contract, or for legal reasons. The data can be deleted or transferred when it is no longer required
